  • Determination of Cost Plus or Fixed Bid Contract
  • Determination of payment method 
  • Discussion of Lien Waiver requirements
  • Discussion of year end 1099 tax reporting
  • Use of Built - the online construction platform we offer for quick and efficient payment processing and at-a-glance project monitoring
  • Information on monthly inspections of project progression
